Speller Metcalfe Living ( Main Contractor) - Our Living team, who possess significant commercial and construction knowledge of market requirements, are raising the standards for the provision of low-cost sustainable housing, by:


• Working with our client base to bring our expertise to the early stages of feasibility assessment.

• Sourcing land provisions and working through design development stages to accrue maximum land usage.
• Efficient management and programming of our procurement and building processes, to provide best value and practise.
• Bespoke, quality planning in order to deliver a zero-defects end product.
• Specialist knowledge of sustainable construction methods, allowing us to build up to, and in compliance with, Level 6 of the Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH).

Accord InDesign - We are the UK’s only architectural team based within the framework of a social housing landlord. We blend cutting-edge design with a resident-led ethos which delivers the low cost high-quality homes that people want. We also lead the sector in developing low carbon housing solutions at the same cost of traditional homes which deliver energy savings of 50% and more. Our expertise in culturally-appropriate design means we are helping to create the safe and sustainable communities of tomorrow.


Baily Garner LLP -
Baily Garner is an interdisciplinary construction consultancy established in 1976 comprising of Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Building Surveyors, Project Managers, M&E Engineers and Environmental Assessors.

In addition to our core disciplinary skills, we provide a range of modern services including estate regeneration (new build and refurbishment), asset and value management, Health & Safety and environmental services and we are BIM level 2 compliant.

 
Whilst our roots are in social housing, we work in the public and private sectors too and our portfolio of other experience includes successful schemes in education, health, care and commercial sectors.
